Saturday 9th May

Just a little bit of sillyness (and camerawork that Mr Johnny Carr would be proud of!)

Hope you enjoy my homage to Westwood!

Tuesday 5th May

Ah finally arrived at a decent campsite with WiFi and showers (well, the last campsite, in Warsaw, did have showers, but the campsite felt like it was run by Norman Bates' twin brother. Needless to say we didn't fancy showering there). It's been a long stressful drive through Poland, and the car currently smells like wet dog - we don't quite know why!?! The roads in Poland are crazy, nobody knows what the speed limit is and there are speed cameras at every corner. 50mph 30mph 50mph 30mph 50mph 30mph 20mph 40mph 60mphish 50mph 30mph 50mph 30mph!!!! It's been like that all day. We also had a spot of car trouble as the engine warning light decided to come on. Doh! We took the car to Citreon, in Poland, where they spoke very little English and we speak even less Polish. They told us why the light came on but it's nothing serious and they even fixed our brake lights, which were not working, for 2 Zlotys (not sure on the spelling), which is equivalent to about 40p.

The campsite we are currently at is very beautiful and we are the only campers! We are pitched right next to a lake and the campsite is "caveman" themed, with wood carvings all around. Pictures of the campsite will come soon. But for now here are some pictures from Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Austria and Slovakia.

Anyway, enjoy the pictures...
